🛍️ Orders & Custom Products

Most of our items are custom-made just for you. Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order.
Once production begins, custom orders cannot be changed or canceled.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and final.

💳 Payments

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment processors.
Payment is due at checkout. We do not offer payment plans at this time.
All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your credit card information.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Please review our Shipping Policy for full details.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
If a package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact your local carrier first. We’ll help where we can.

💬 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of many of our items, all sales are final unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
You must notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving your order.

📥 Digital Downloads

All digital items are non-refundable once downloaded.
You may not resell, distribute, or share digital files for commercial use without permission.

All content on this site (photos, product descriptions, logos, etc.) is the property of Marching Memories and may not be used without written permission.
Don’t steal our stuff — that’s not in the spirit of the marching arts.

We do our best to ensure everything is accurate and well-made, but Marching Memories shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use (or misuse) of our products or website.
