We put a lot of love into every flag, keepsake, and piece we make. Since most of our items are custom-made just for you, all sales are final — but we’ll always work with you if something goes wrong.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and a quick note. We’ll make it right with a fix, replacement, or refund — whatever fits the situation best.
🔁 Exchanges
We don’t offer traditional exchanges on custom items, but for non-custom, unused products:

All digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable.
But if there’s a file issue or something didn’t come through right, we’re happy to help you access it.
