Hey friend! We’re a small team that pours a lot of love into every flag, keepsake, and sparkly little piece we send your way. While most of our items are custom-made (which means all sales are final), we do want to make sure you’re happy.

If your order arrives damaged or not quite right, let us know within 7 days of delivery — send us a quick message with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right. Whether that’s a fix, a replacement, or a refund, we’ve got you.
🔁 Can I exchange something?
Because most of our items are made just for you, we don’t do traditional exchanges. But if it’s a non-custom item and it hasn’t been used, reach out within 7 days and we’ll chat options! You’ll just need to cover return shipping.

All digital products are final sale — once they’re downloaded, we can’t offer refunds. But if something didn’t come through right or you need help accessing your file, we’ll absolutely help.
